Joan Lipinsky Cochran is a former newspaper reporter whose nonfiction appears in regional and local newspapers and magazines as well as in such national publications as Family Circle and Florida Design. An MFA student at Florida International University, she has only recently “crossed over” to fiction and is thoroughly enjoying herself. She lives in Boca Raton with her husband and twin sons.
